Dr. Daniel P. Sullivan, D. C., C.C.S.P., I.D.E., Q.M.E.

Dr. Sullivan graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1985. Dr. Sullivan graduated with honors and earned magna cum laude. In 1985, Dr. Sullivan was appointed as a diplomat for the national board of chiropractic examiners. In 1988 Dr. Sullivan was certified by the Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (C.C.S.P.).

In 1988 Dr. Sullivan was appointed by the California chiropractic foundation and the state of California as a Certified Industrial Disability Evaluator (I.D.E.). In 1992, Dr. Sullivan was certified by the Texas Chiropractic College in manipulation under anesthesia. In 1991 Dr. Sullivan was appointed by the governor of the state of California as a Qualified Medical Examiner (Q.M.E.).

Dr. Sullivan specializes in the management of injured workers specifically for municipalities. Dr. Sullivan has been married for 25 years and has two grown children attending college. Dr. Sullivan has been practicing in his West Covina office since November of 1986.



Dr. Joseph N. Jaime, D.C., A.T.C., C.S.C.S., C.E.S.

Over the years, Dr. Jaime has been helping numerous people recover from their injuries, ranging from the aggressive football player to the serine violinist, active tri-athlete to the fragile grandmother, resilient police officer to the diligent physician.

As a Sports Chiropractor, he has seen countless athletes from various sports spanning the professional level to the weekend warrior. Whether you consider yourself an athlete or not, Dr. Jaime is here to help you get out of your pain and discomfort and teach you how to stay that way. He understands that everyone is at a certain stage of health, and he wants to work with you to formulate a plan that will help reach your health care goals.

Dr. Jaime received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2007 and his Bachelor of Science at California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a specialization in Athletic Training in 2002. While accomplishing these academic goals, he furthered his education and solidified it through valuable experiences by attaining and becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer (A.T.C.), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (C.E.S.). Furthermore, as a hands-on expert, Dr. Jaime is a Certified Active Release Technique® and Certified Graston Technique® provider, as well as, Certified Kinesio-Taping® practitioner.
