Corrective Exercises

Corrective Exercises

Corrective exercises are developed for injury prevention and tailored to meet your injury recovery demands. Corrective exercises are implemented to address and improve faulty movements that contribute to your injuries. These exercises may entail: using your own weight as resistance, free weights, resistive bands, or stability balls; all of which are aimed at developing, improving, and mastering key functional movements.

The National Academy of Sports Medicine developed the Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) Advanced Specialization certification, to train health care professionals to assist and aid individuals experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances, or rehabilitation concerns.

You can be assured that your doctor is well trained as one of these specialists.

Almost everyone would be great candidates for this particular treatment. Everyone is at their own stage of health and wellness. We ensure that each corrective exercise protocol is tailored to meet your needs.
